Hi, I've been attempting to fully set up the mod but I've encountered a problem. I don't really like the default controls for the special brutal hexen commands like opening the menu and special action and flechette so I modify them, but every time I start it up again after having exited it before the commands aren't saved. I would just directly edit the default bindings in the .pk3 for the mod but I don't know enough about .pk3s and whenever I try to extract it multiple files are left behind and I don't want to screw it up by ignoring those files and just repackaging it without them. Do you happen to know of any way to retain my custom keybinds or am I stuck editing them every time I start the game?

I learned how to use zdl with the tutorial you posted I thought it was great.. It really is from the devil. I'm hooked. I loved this version of Hexen and am looking forward to experimenting with Doom and Heretic.

Amazing, hope you're doing good as well! The update seems to work perfectly, it didn't automatically revert my custom key binds after I restarted the game. Thanks for the great mod!
