You have some beasty units there, so we can certainly rule out any performance issues, you also have the correct mod order so that's great to see. I do apologize for this as you shouldn't be having these issues so lets fix this. A note ZDL isn't dead, there's a brand new version but not released yet and ZDL has multiple options for multiplayer which acecorp does not.

We need to narrow this down and figure out the issue, could you please test by removing all the mods on the left side of the panel on both the host/client units leaving just Heretic.wad and try COOP again going through the portal, make sure you have legit versions of Heretic.wad and not wares.
If that infact does work with just the Heretic.wad, then just add Brutal Heretic V6 on both the host/client and re-test in COOP again going through the portal.

A last request is do you have the previous version of Brutal Heretic V5? If not I can send you this version to test out and rule out any issues with V6, the voxel warnings were also present in V5 and we had a full COOP with zero issues, its just stating no sprites for these voxels which they are still rendered correctly with the cells colored but I'm looking into fixing these warnings.
